You are hired by Baruch College to use new media to improve the College. What are some suggestions you would make using new media?



To improve the College by using new media, first we would need to get opinions from students such as surveys to see what they would like to see and read, to make it interested for users to actually use the platform. Some other points we can do is survey our audience to better understand their pain points, look closely at their demographics, engage in discussions in forums filled with our target audience, respond to comments on our site, and comment on other blogs with the same target audience We should react to all comments or questions on our social networking platforms. We can also collect feedback to see what we can add or not use in the future to keep it interesting for our audience. If we put out fun and informational things on the website many students, as well as professors will be interested in being an active user. This will help me learn many things I might have not even known about Baruch college. This will help Baruch college to be the best.

New media has created endless creativity for everyone. We might think only designers, artists, and photographers are the people who can bring creativity to something but when we think about it, it actually is everyone who uses all these different new media technologies.  According to acuitytraining.co.uk, "these new technologies helped make it  easier to bring creative minds and ideas closer and take those ideas further at the same time.
